Mr. Electricians of Maryland is looking to hire a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to support daily office operations such as answering and transferring calls, receiving/sending out mail & deliveries, and other clerical tasks.

A Receptionist/Customer Service Representative earns $41,000-52,000 annually. Job Responsibilities

• Scheduling customer visits promptly
• Answering general customer inquiries when possible
• Replying to Yelp reviews and inquiries
• Applying for permits when possible and necessary
• Applying for Notice of Commencements when possible and necessary
• Copying social media posts from Facebook to LinkedIn, Yelp, and Nextdoor
• Tracking time on jobs 
• Generating materials that get posted within the office
• Assisting other office employees with general tasks

Job Requirements

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent
• Must have valid driver’s license, and good driving record
• Must successfully pass background check
• Ability to work with Microsoft Software
• Time management
• Problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of Safety Fusion software (not required, but would be preferred)
• Desire to learn
